Using Microsoft Exchange with Thunderbird (ewa)

TL;DR:
 - Install Lightning add-on

1) Download and install the add on: https://github.com/Ericsson/exchangecalendar/releases

2) On lightning, choose
    > New calendar
    > On the Network
    > Microsoft Exchange 2007/2010/2013
    > Name it
    > Server URL: https://ewa.epfl.ch/EWS/exchange.asmx
    > Primary email address: your.name@epfl.ch

    > Username: username
    > Domain name: intranet
    > Check server and mailbox
    > Shared Folder: ""
    > Folderbase: Calendar folder

1) Download and install the add on: https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/thunderbird/addon/provider-for-google-calendar/

2) Open your Google Calendar by going to the Google calendar website (http://www.google.com/calendar). Select Settings from the top and choose Calendar settings. Select the Calendars link at the top of the settings page. A list of Google calendars is displayed. Click on the Calendar you would like to use in Lightning. On the Calendar details page of your calendar, scroll down until you see Calendar address and Private address. Right-click the XML button of one of the two options and select Copy link location.
