Borrowing documents from the libraries during the move to the RLC

Books, periodicals, journals, CDs and DVDs will be taken from their usual homes and moved between 4 January and 22 February 2010. Starting Friday 18 December 2009 all changes of location for stored documents will be noted in the NEBIS catalogue.

During the time, documents that have been moved to the Rolex Learning Center may  be borrowed.

To borrow documents that have been moved

• Either reserve the book you want in the NEBIS catalogue (http://www.nebis.ch)
• Or stop by the reception desk in the Main Library or any of the other libraries and place your order with a librarian.

Any EPFL document ordered before 16:00 will be available at the desk of the Main Library by 10:00 the next morning.

If for some reason the book cannot be delivered at that time an e-mail will be sent to the person who ordered it.

Please note: The place of the document shown in NEBIS ("collection") during the time of the move might not always be correct. If you do not find the document you are looking for int the library, please contact your librarian or reserve the document through NEBIS.
