Introduction

Dear Colleagues,

Our next Eurotech Group Meeting is fast approaching.  It will take place
in Lausanne, Switzerland from June 10th till 11th, 2013 at EPFL Campus.

We have set up a website for this meeting accessed through our meeting
website at:

You will find all the relevant information that you will need regarding this
meeting.  Please:
1. Use the online registration link to register for the meeting.  It is
important for us to know whether or not you will be attending and which
events you have indicated that you will attend.
2. Regarding accommodations, we have reserved a block of rooms at some hotels, located close to the meeting venue at a special rate. Rooms are available until April 15, 2013. You can reserve your
room by emailing the hotel reservation desk.  The information is posted at the meeting website.
3. We prepared also a special dinner tha will be held on
Monday afternoon.  Make sure your register for these events if you plan to attend them, so we have
detailed information to better plan for us.

Finally, we will post the meeting Agenda on-line once I have finalised it.
