October 2021 we installed 8 Cells and degassed them:
- Port 1 Au cell
- Port 3 Co cell
- Port 4 originally for Mn but we will use In (OK with Veeco concerning crucible and shutter)
- Port 5 Ge cell
- Port 9 originally for Ag but we will use Sn (OK with Veeco concerning crucible and shutter)
- Port 10 Mg cell
