This folder contains files implementing a modified version of the segment polarity network model by von Dassow et al. (Nature, 2000). The model is one dimensional, has connectivities reflecting the Boolean model of Albert et al. (JTB 2003) and has thus fixed input from the SLP gene in one parasegment. In addition we implement three additional connection that showed increased robustness for the wild-type pattening state. The methodology is described in  Stoll et al., submitted.
