Comparative tables.
Tab delimited files of the overlap of 5%FDR sites for different choices of sigma, and also compared to the original work of Cawley et al. The four columns are: chromosomal coordinate [build hg17] (column 1), flag if the site was present in Cawley´s set (column 2), or in the set of sites with sigma equal to 100 (column 3),or with sigma equal to 200 (column 4), or sigma equal to 400 (column 5).
