Ecran VGA

A triple DAC CDK3404ATQ48 is interfaced to generate the 3 analogs signals for a VGA extension connector.

The input is 3x8 bits, with HSync & VSync signals synchronisation and Video_clk.

The output is 0.7 Vpp on 75 Ohms.

A DDC i2c interface is available for reading of the display parameters. The communication is done through the i2c bus with 5V pull-up connection. As the logic from the FPGA is 3V3 limited, a i2c level translator is used: PCA9617A. It will pass transpatrently the SCL and SDA clock and data from one side to the other one of the i2c busses.
