The Pan-tilt can receive a PAL camera and is controlled by 2 servo motors.

  Orange	PWM (can be +3.3V level from FPGA), timing for active pulse around 0.5ms .. 2.5 ms, periode: 15-25 ms	1

  The servo motors are drived by a PWM (Pulse Width Modulation) signal.
