This file explains how to create a template using DARTEL with PPM of GM from WIP542C_v4

1. Check if PPM are correctly oriented using check reg from SPM. if Not change the orientation.

2. Correct batch: DoRC1.m to indicate the correct location of DoRC1_job.m (DoRC1.m and DoRC1_job.m can be found at: )

3. Correct PPM GM to delete WMab using the batch:

3. Correct batch DoRC1_job.m to give the correct path to ListOfFiles.txt (ListOfFiles.txt is a txt which give the path to all GM ppm. An example can be found at: )

4. Do dartel create template using the r maps created just before.

You will obtain 6 template.
