Data Selection

The script makeCaseList.m creates a csv file with all the scans and corresponding information that is present on the lifmetstor1 (see 'help makeCaseList' for information how to update the list). A recent version of this file is in the adni_test folder on lifmetstor1. By importing this file into excel and filtering it, it is possible to generate a list of cases of interest. To copy the needed file to a local folder one can use search/replace and the function CONCATENATE.

It is important to use MATLAB compatible folder/file names and not to mix traning and testing data.
