To follow this guide there must be some software installed on the computer.

MATLAB 2008 or newer

Access to lifmetstor1/shared/projects/adni_test (ftp or sftp/scp) [wget for ftp on command line and WinSCP for scp]

Make sure that the necessary toolboxes are in the MATLAB path. For the scripts like makeCaseList.m try to use help command.
