Important points- it is indispensable to have real time feed in the future- the price will drop. HAS to drop - TomTom is very innvovative - the risk is relatively small as the hardware investment is not so big and a fall-back to non TomAd devices is possible (shut down) - being first in market will be important for the small advertisers with smaller budget - key customers are needed for making the advertisement reputable - acquiring small advertisers can be done by everybody! - google did it :-) Not to mention but be prepared to answer- 3G providers have a lot of bargening power. without special contracts, the system will become much more expensive- we didn't include the costs for data transfer nor estimate the data amount that will be needed - the pricing model is vague --> pay by prompt. what about pay a fixed amount and then prompt as long as there is money... |
