Tuesday, 11th of June

Early morning, the 11th we split from the airborne team. Their plan is to fly to Tartu, Estonia and from there cross the border towards the international airport in Pskov, Russia. There, the ULMs will be going through the russian customs. Then dismantled and loaded on tracks for their journey all the way to Baïkal.

The ground team will be driving back to Latvia and towards the russian border. Our goal for the day is to get all our equipment, as well as ourselves through the russian customs. This is the moment of truth. As we are heading back to Latvia, the morning sky is spectacular.
