Seeing Life Science (2018 edition)

Within SV and other EPFL Faculties, many of us use various modes of imaging to understand the mechanisms and problems we study. This exposes us, on an almost daily basis, to the beauty of life on many scales. After the success of the last two years, the BIOP is once again organizing an exhibit in the SV hall that would allow all those interested, from any EPFL Faculty, to share the beauty of their images and videos representing cells, tissues, organisms,…

Yes, this year we are also accepting submissions in video format!

The exhibit will take place from 26 February till 9 March 2018. During this period, you will be able to vote on site for the images with the best aesthetic merit as well as for the images and movies that appear to provide the most scientific insight. The submissions that receive the most votes from the community will be awarded the Participants Award.

The winners will be announced during the days following the exhibit.

Please find the details for submission below. The printing costs for the images will be taken by the SV Faculty.
