3. Rescalling 2DG images are furnished with a 14C-microscale to give correspondances between grayscale levels and concentrations of 2DG.
if you have clicked on
 , the rescalled options appear The first step is to load directory where preprocess images are stored. Then load the two scales. Once the two scales are loaded, give the correspondances between grey level and concentration of 2DG.
Before pressing the compute button, you should have the following window :
