Protocol for concentration of samples, written by Rosa Schier

• Measure the concentration A280nm on the nanodrop
• Put in a centrifugal filter unit Amicon Ultra (from Millipore) (attention to take the right size in kD)
• Centrifuge 10min (can be shorter or longer) at 3900rpm repeat this until you have the volume you want (pay attention to precipitation)
• Pool everything back and rinse the filter with 200uL of flow through (FT)
• Measure the concentration again A280nm
