Regeneration of protein A beads, written by Rosa Schier

• Let the beads (Mabselect beads from Amersham BioScience) settle
• Decant the storage 20% Ethanol
• Wash 2x with NaOH 50mM and each time let it spin around 10min or if the volume is too big let settle
• Wash 2x with NaCl 1M (spin or settle)
• Wash 2x with H2O (spin or settle)
• Optional: Wash in PBS
• Store it in EtOH 20%
