2013 Reports C !

  • The list of your licenses can be found on PyRat. You can collect your data for the C report if you had all along the year a regular control of your numbers in the database. The exported Excel sheet will help you to fill in the C reports in E-TV. Remember that you have to split your data in three categories per species: Wildtype & Genetically Modified animals & Fetuses (>E14.5).

  • You have ordered and tested animals during 2013 under a given license, please do as follows:

Please enter E-TV and go to the "Reports" section, enter the license number and start filling your data. The format is the same as you know with the difference that you have to fill in numbers for each species (mice or rats) depending whether the animal is genetically modified or not, whether it is born or a fetus in the last trimester of development (see above). Below you find the example of a C report of a license with 3 categories of animals, genetically mice (what ever the lines), wildtype mice and rats. To go to the form click on the respective heading.

Note that from now on, the original license and its supplementary (complementary) ones are consolidated in a single license, therefore you need only to fill in a single report. For example, if you have a license 1234.1 with supplementary licenses 1234.2, 1234.3 and 1234.4 you fill in a single report entitled 1234.1. It means that you consolidate all your data for 1234.1, 1234.2, 1234.3 & 1234.5 in the C report 1234.1.

For information to fill in C reports please consult the Federal Veterinary Office note (French, English).

  • You did not use any animal under a given license in 2013, please do as follows:

Send an email to AnimalLicenses@epfl.ch by specifying the license number.

INTERNAL DEADLINE: 31 OF JANUARY 2014.

VET OFFICE DEADLINE : FEBRUARY 29 2014 OR 2 MONTHS after the license is over.

PLEASE RESPECT THE DEADLINES, IT IS PART OF OUR EPFL IMAGE TO DEMONSTRATE

A RESPECTFUL ANIMAL PROTECTION LEGISLTATION
