SPM Pipeline for Test Samples

In the section SPM Pipeline (Training Samples) a average template had been created. To test an incoming scan, the gray matter has to be extracted and then it is necessary to warp the image into the same space, using the created template.

Prepare MATLAB

Prepare MATLAB as described in SPM Pipeline (Training Samples).

Prepare Pipeline

Load batch file test_spm_dartel_existing_template.mat in order to use an existing template. Change in the module "Change Directory" to the desired directory. In the module "Run DARTEL (existing Templates), change the items "Template" to your template (6 times!).

In the module "Named File Select" select some files in item "File Set". (selection of more then one resulted sometimes in an error during execution).
