Conclusion

To conclude, we studied this semester some leads to characterize the new bioreporter LSS mOrange and to compare it with eGFP.

We can also think of using a filter before the light sensor, to keep the emitted light around λ=504 nm for eGFP under an excitation and remove the other. But for a filter, the more precise is the more expensive, and a so precise filter costs around 100$, which increases considerably the price of our prototype.
