Thesis oral exam

Last steps of the Thesis

Your oral exam is scheduled, you need to prepare the thesis Jury proposal, you will find useful info on this link: http://phd.epfl.ch/page-19599-en.html

How to procede:

1) contact the admin of your lab to ask for a room reservation:

give the following info:

-  the date and at what time it will begin (we will book the room at least 30 minutes before to let you time to check that everything is working)

- if video-conference is needed

you will receive the room nb and you can add it to the jury proposal form.

2) Send the jury proposal to the person in charge of it in your doctoral school (official procedure) + to Chantal Schneeberger (pdf by e-mail)  for the logistic parts. (contacts with the experts for the travel organization).

3) if video-conference is required:

You will receive a document with info about EPFL video-conference system to send to the expert.Tests will be organized to check that everything work.
